Rack N Roll Adventure Bike Carrier

Engineering on Point, this is our strongest rack yet !

Main Bar into hitch has 6mm MS350 Connection Plates, M12 High Tensile Bolts in double shear, 10mm MS350 Plate welded inside the SHS for additional strength.

There is a lot in this carrier, hence the cost but it is a high quality product designed especially for Adventure bikes like Honda Africa Twins, BMW 1250GSA, KTM1290, KTM890, T7’s.

Will also take MX/Enduro, Dual Sport bikes and some street bikes with up to 180 rear tires.

Rated for bikes up to 275kg, weighs 40kg.

Aluminium Bike Channel is Deburred, Acid Etched, Chromate then Powder Coated.

All Steel parts are Deburred, Sandblasted, Primed then Powder Coated.

High Tensile Bolts with Nyloc Nuts used throughout.

Rack N Roll ADVENTURE Hitch Carrier is supplied with:

Hardware to bikes pegs – Snap Hooks, Turnbuckles, Shackles plus a strap to stop turnbuckles vibrating loose, Note below.

LED Light Kit – Including licence plate light – 7 flat plug.

Anti Tilt Bracket – Including Shim Plates to eliminate movement in your vehicles hitch receiver.

 

NOT INCLUDED :

Loading Ramp – As you may have one already, our optional loading ramp stores between the bike and vehicle.

Note: HARDWARE and SECURING your Motorcycle You must secure your motorcycle from multiple points to the Adventure Carrier. The hardware to the bikes foot pegs is one point, you must also use tie down straps each side of the motorcycle to the secondary eye nuts on the carrier plus the front tie down bar. This is to provide a safety backup for your motorcycle, see “Loading” video below.

LOADING RAMP:

Our optional 1625 ADV ramp is easy to load ADV bikes no problem.

Our optional SPORTS ramp is for low clearance bikes like big Scooters or Road bikes.

HIGH LIFT BARS:

For 90% of people with 4×4’s the standard height works fine, fire trails, easy access 4WD into camp sites.

If you want to do the Desert, Cape, High Country or any other serious 4×4 then clearance is king.

Also stronger as it’s braced with 5mm Bluescope plate each side of joints.

Lifts are measured center to center.
