After receiving your carrier if you decide you no longer want it, it’s not like returning a T-Shirt.
Our products are heavy and incur bulky shipping charges plus we take care to package parts to eliminate transport damage.
In some cases, we may accept returns that are unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
You will need to organize and pay the return freight.
Returns cannot be resold as new product as in most cases there is damage from the extra freighting.
Returns for change of mind / circumstance etc incur a 30% restocking fee, part of this covers the merchant transaction fees which are not refunded by the card companies on refunds.
We do not refund the original outgoing freight to deliver to you.
Custom made orders cannot be returned as they’ve been made especially for your application.
