Our returns and refund policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns cannot be resold if there is damage from the return freight, we take care to package parts to eliminate transport damage.

Change of Mind
Returns for change of mind incur a 15% restocking fee, part of this covers the merchant transaction fees which are not refunded by the card companies on refunds.
We do not refund the original outgoing freight to deliver to you.
Custom made orders cannot be returned as they’ve been made especially for your application.
Cancelled Orders
If you place an order but decide to cancel before it has been shipped, there is a 3.7% cancelation fee.
This is the cost the payment gateway – Stripe – charge to process the order.
Stripe does not refund that fee when a refund is processed.
If your order has already been shipped out, we cannot recall it, you will have to return at your expense and the original freight out will not be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds are processed back onto the card you made the purchase with through our payment gateway, this can take 5-10 days to appear on your statement. A receipt is issued and emailed to you from the payment gateway.

For CHANGE OF MIND, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
